Frequently Asked Questions - Software needed

LOVD is completely based on Open Source software. Therefor obtaining software for the LOVD installation should not be hard. All programs described below are common software, generally installed on any (commercial) hosting provider. Sometimes a MySQL database is not included (or optional) with an standard account at a hosting provider.

	Apache HTTP webserver (Not required, but strongly encouraged)
	PHP scripting language (version 4.x and up)
	MySQL database (version 3.x and up)
